How does this work?
1) Order the product/s that you want by placing it in your shopping cart, then complete your payment.
2) Send a photo of your gymnast's team leo to Abby(at)Leo-Cards.com. A photo of your gymnast in her leo doing a salute is the best pose for us, this helps us get the proportions as close as possible.
3) When we receive your order and photo we get to work on your design, usually within 24 hours we will email you a proof of your design to see if we need to make adjustments. Sometimes the design may take longer if complex OR if it is our busy season (Christmas and End of the Season.)
4) Once we get your thumb's up on the design we will print and ship usually within 24-48 hours depending on on the season.
We try to communicate with you during the process because our customer service is VERY important to us! So let us know if you have ANY questions!
How long does it take for you to design my leo?
We usually are able to send a photo proof of your leo design within 24 hours. If it is our busy season (Christmas Holidays and end of the season) it could take 2 days before your design is ready.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa online.
For Team/Bulk Orders we also take a check or money order - In fact, we prefer it!
If you prefer to pay by check, simply fill your online cart and follow instructions to print order and mail it with your check. (Please note...when you print and mail your order & check, we do not receive notice of it online, so please email and let us know that you are sending it!)

How long does it take to complete my order?
Because every order is personalized it does take 2-3 days to process before shipping them. Order early to avoid lengthy processing times. The Christmas holidays and end of the season are our busiest times, we work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible but it can take up to a week. Please contact us about your order if you are in a hurry! THANKS!

What does Leo-Cards do if I (the customer) make a mistake when spelling a name?
Sometimes when ordering gifts for friends or team mates the names may get misspelled. Leo-Cards of course prints and ships the item and then the mistake is discovered. In this case, we will happily reprint and send a corrected form, but we do charge a reprinting fee of $3.50 plus the shipping cost of the item.
What is your replacement or refund policy.
If Leo-Cards makes a mistake on your personalizing (misspelling, color options) we will gladly reprint your items at our expense.
Leo-Cards will refund your money if you are not happy with our products. However, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of your dissatisfaction. We will do our best to correct the problem. If however, no agreement can be reached, you must return the product to us at your own expense before the refund is issued.
I would like for you to create something different than I see on your product pages, do you do that?
At Leo-Cards we love to be creative! Just let us know what you are thinking and we will see what we can do! Usually we can accomodate your requests easily. Sometimes we may have to charge a fee depending on the length of time it involves.
