We accept Mastercard, Visa. We also take checks or money orders for larger team orders.

Outside of the US? Not a problem! Just email us and ask about shipping rates to your home, we will do our best to answer your request within 24 hours.
Why are posters so expensive to ship?
Posters must be shipped via priority mail because of their shape, so as to protect them. If you order a poster please check the appropriate box on the shipping info. (If the proper box isn't checked, the change will be made manually and the additional amount charged to your payment.)
How long does it take to complete my order?
Because every order is personalized it does take some time to complete them. I can usually process orders within 2-3 days. But order early to avoid higher shipping costs!
Help! I need an order fast! Is that possible?
I will do my best to rush an order for you, but because EVERY order I do is personalized, it does take time especially if I am designing a leo. It is best to contact me through our contact page and see whether it is possible for me to RUSH an order for you. I do get very busy during competition season!
What is your replacement or refund policy.
If Leo-Cards makes a mistake on your personalizing (misspelling, color options) we will gladly reprint your items at our expense.
Leo-Cards will refund your money if you are not happy with our products. However, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of your dissatisfaction. We will do our best to correct the problem. If however, no agreement can be reached, you must return the product to us at your own expense before the refund is issued.
I would like for you to create something different than I see on your product pages, do you do that?
At Leo-Cards we love to be creative! Just let us know what you are thinking and we will see what we can do! Usually we can accomodate your requests easily. Sometimes we may have to charge a fee depending on the length of time it involves.
